Andrew teaches guitar at AME. He attended AIM (Atlanta Institute of Music) 2010, 2011 (6 months shy of graduating). He plays lead guitar with Stoni Taylor and Miles of Stones.

Amy Wilson holds a Bachelor of Music degree from West Georgia State University and a Master of Music Education degree from Columbus State University. A former principal flutist in the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra she is certified by the Music Teachers National Association. She has played keyboards, flute and sax with several jazz, rock and blues bands and worked with such artists as “Big Bossman,” Little Jimmy Reed, and Big Bill Morganfield, (son of blues legend Muddy Waters), with whom she appeared on the television program “Good Day Atlanta”. She sings and performs frequently as a piano/vocal soloist at weddings, receptions, parties and other events. She also provides accompaniment for choral concerts and instrumental recitals.
As a member of Georgia Music Teachers Association and the National Guild of Piano Teachers her students will have several opportunities to perform, if they wish. Amy currently teaches 35 piano and flute students, several of whom have won scholarships and earned trophies in talent shows.
A Georgia born performer, Sam Owens has been involved in percussion performance for over eighteen years. Sam earned his Bachelors Degree in Percussion Performance at Valdosta State University (with honors) and received his Masters Degree from Georgia State University in Jazz Studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Sam has been a percussion instructor for ten years and currently has a private studio at Greater Atlanta Christian School and in Avondale Estates. Mr. Owens’ ability to teach a wide range of styles as well as instruments make his instruction invaluable.
This seasoned percussionist has performed with The Coasters, Kingsized, Tongo Hiti, and The Jekyll Island Summer Musical Theatre Festival. Sam has also performed with the Macon (GA), Ludwig (GA), Valdosta (GA), Ocala (FL) and Albany(GA) Symphonies. In the Atlanta area he has performed at the Fox Theatre, The High Museum, Variety Playhouse, The Georgia Aquarium, The Atlanta Zoo, The Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Piedmont Park festivals, The Georgian Terrace Hotel, The Fernbank Museum, Smith’s Olde Bar, and Two Urban Licks, to name a few.
